They were charged after police operations from across the country in response to protests around the Drax Power Station in North Yorkshire.
Twelve defendants were arrested on August 8 at Bentley Urban Farm, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, and three were arrested on the same day at A645 in Goole, East Yorkshire.
Between them, they have been accused of having climbing ropes, ladders, bolt cutters, adhesives, gaffer tapes, metal poles and maps marked with Drax Power Plant.
The 15 defendants appeared in Leeds Magistrate's court on Thursday, each pleading not guilty to one count of lock-on equipment.
Elizabeth Irving (23, Fullborn, Cambridgeshire, Erlan Jones), 25, of Hackney, East London, 22, Headingley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, Rose Armitage has been accused of regaining the hilarious production area with them in uzuki by in a645 with a power leaflet, tape, rope, rope, driver and zukiki gunned aa645. Shaunna Lee Rushton, 33, South Yorkshire, Max Connor, 30, Headingley, Leeds, Simon Roscoe Belvins, 32, Sheffield's Simon Roscoe Belvins, 32, has been accused of having a bolt cutter, angle grinder, adhesive, slipper tape and a metal ball held in Vauxhall Movano.
Lawrence Wright, 18, 37, of Sheffield, 54, Chipping, of Norton, Oxfordshire, is indicted for planning cable tie, climbing rope and rental panel van notebooks.
Rosalind Monaghan, 23, Sean Irving, of Rayburn, North Yorkshire, 26, 25, of Hull, East Yorkshire, from Hillingdon, northwest London, will be billed by the panel van for a locked padlock box and long metal poles.
Joseph Henry Fair, 22, from Sheffield, and Adam Woods, 27, of Winchester, Hampshire, have been accused of having a metal tripod, a ladder, a metal pole, ratchet strap and a list of directions in another van.
Heather Taylor, 22, from Charlell Heath, Hampshire, is accused of having a bolt cutter and a marked OS map with a Drax power plant in a Ford Transit van.
District Judge Adrian Lower granted the defendant unconditional bail until his trial in the same court on September 22nd.
