Bradford's crown coat heard Asif Khan was sitting at the doorway of his victim, and cried out her breasts and exposes her erect penis after masturbating.
Even after the woman filmed him and handed the footage to the police, his actions didn't stop.
Prosecutor Emily Jenkins said Khan, 40, of Oakley Terrace in Clayton, Bradford, began to notice the man remaining outside her home last August.
For six weeks she saw him wandering in the street, where he pretended to be talking on his phone.
She will often hear him before seeing him as he “screams and drives.”
On September 6th, she was shocked to see him pulling the waistband of his pants before he exposed his upright penis.
The case was heard at Bradford Crown Court (Image: News Quest) Khan passed the victim's house. He left and came back before screaming.
One day, she sees Khan suddenly appearing “out of nowhere” and he is hiding, waiting for her to return to her house.
He walked towards the woman and said, “What are you going to do, stupid b****?”
The incident left a victim groping with her keys “in a state of fear” as she tried to enter the house.
Khan stayed around for 30 minutes.
The victim began filming him, and Khan cried out, “Let your boobs come out.”
He stayed outside her house as she had called the police.
The female partner later revealed that he had seen Khan for a while before he noticed him, but did not want to be wary of her. Neighbors also confirmed that they saw Khan sitting at the doorway of the victim's house.
Khan was identified in cell phone footage and arrested. In an interview, he admitted to revealing himself and confessed that his penis was upright, and he masturbated and ejaculated.
He told police he wanted her to look at his penis and she said she wanted to see it.
He also admitted to staying outside her home for six weeks.
He pleaded guilty to stalking, including fear, harm, distress and exposure.
The court heard that Khan had previously been found 29 previous convictions for 63 crimes, including sexual assault, exposure and violence.
In the statement, the victim will see Khan looking at her home “almost every day.” He was always very aggressive and “looked like a mental illness.”
She said he scared, anxious, scared and scared him from leaving her house, especially when he exposed herself.
When she realized he was sitting at her doorstep, her fear was heightened, and the stress caused insomnia, prompting her to consider moving out of the house.
She said she still feels “very shaken up” by the experience.
In easing, Imran Majid said Khan had been in custody since September last year and had received his medicines while in custody.
He suggested that treatment could be continued in prisons and in the community.
Her honorary judge, Sophie Maccone, who sentences Kahn to 16 months in prison, said he had been diagnosed with schizophrenia for many years.
She said:
“You targeted her. You were hanging around her house. You stared at her. You were waiting for her. You filmed her. You made crude comments on her. You were abusive and aggressive towards her.
“And one time you exposed yourself to her.”
Khan was given 16 months' prison terms for stalking and 8 months' stalking, and was offered simultaneously for exposure.
He was also subject to an indefinite restraining order that prohibits all contact with the victim.
