North Yorkshire police have announced an appeal following the theft of a heavy, solid plastic cow, which has been removed from a field near Harrogate.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said:
“Between Tuesday, January 14th and Tuesday, January 28th, life-size plastic cows were stolen from fields in the area. The cows are of heavy, hard plastic structure and are extremely difficult to remove. .
“I would like to specially appreciate the sightings of this cow and the details that will help me return it to its legitimate owner.
