That's what we know with businesses in the Selby area and across North Yorkshire.

Building on this, we will now confidently allow residents and visitors alike to enter our premises with the knowledge that they will be welcomed into a safe and inclusive environment, regardless of their industry or business size. I would like to be able to enter.

Many customers say they don't have the confidence to take on business because of a physical or hidden disability, costing an estimated £270bn of 'purple pounds' (the purchasing power of disabled people and their families). It is said to be a possibility.

We have devised a simple Accessible Charter that gives all our customers the opportunity to access the training and support they need to provide the best possible service.
