North Yorkshire police say they are looking for Adam Hanferson, 38, who wants to be recalled.
A statement from the force said:
“Hanfferson is believed to be in the York area and has a companion in the city's Clifton area.
“He also has a link at Wakefield.”
North Yorkshire Police said anyone with information about Adam Humpherson's whereabouts should contact 101 and consult the Force Control Room.
The statement said: “When you see him, call 999 immediately to make sure he gets arrested immediately.
“Or alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
“Please quote reference number 12250035287 when providing details.”
