Amanda Owen and several of her nine children made a rare return to TV screens from the snowy Ravenseat on Monday morning.
The Yorkshire Dales, like many other parts of the country, has been hit hard by recent snowfall and plummeting temperatures, resulting in school closures, weather warnings and travel warnings.
Ravenseat is no exception, with Owen revealing on Monday that her children were kept at home after the Christmas holidays because of blankets covered in snow.
But it wasn't just the kids joining in unexpectedly, as the Our Yorkshire Farm star revealed the birth took place elsewhere on the farm, albeit out of season.
“We've had a few days of snow and now there's basically no school, but work continues,” Owen said live from snowy Ravenseat.
The mother-of-nine continued as she touched the farm's newest addition, a lamb. “The kids are having fun. And so are we…well, it's either a very early lamb or a very late lamb. We're not quite there yet.”True, but he's here Are there girls there? ”

When we spoke to This Morning hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shepherd, the latter was keen to learn, pointing out that breeding season is still months away.
After asking what happened, Owen said: “Tell me! One of them obviously knows something, but it's one of those things that will forever remain a secret.
“We've got goats, we've got sheep, we've got cows, we've got horses, we've got kids at home, so it's like a bonus day for them.
“I also have a snowboard. Edith is here too. She's a snowboarder, so we have a little fun with it while we work.”

As it continued to snow throughout the interview, the ITV presenter also caught her eye on how the Our Farm Next Door star and her family are preparing for the frigid conditions.
She explained: “As well as watching the BBC weather report, we also watch the animals as they give us little bits of advice.
“When they come down from the top (of a hill) it usually means a little bit of bad weather is coming. So sheep coming closer to the house means there's bad weather coming our way.” It means that
“You work with them and it's the same thing they tell you. As long as you put the bait in and build the fire, we'll be fine, right? You just go at it. “This is what it should be.” “
The topic of weather came up, and Owen was asked if he embraces the cold or if it's holding him back.
“I think it's just our way of almost accepting it. There's nothing better than having a hard day and feeling like you've accomplished something,” she replied cheerfully.
Owen ended the chat by joking that one of her children must become a Winter Olympian because of all the crazy things going on at the farm.
Shepherd was clearly full of praise after saying his goodbyes, hailing the Our Yorkshire Farm stars as an “extraordinary family”.
'Our Yorkshire Farm' has come to an end, but fans can catch up on what the Owen family is up to in Channel 4's new series 'Our Farm Next Door'.
The series, which sees the Owens restore an abandoned farmhouse, will return later this year with all-new episodes featuring both Owen and her estranged husband Clive.
