The Manningham Housing Association (MHA) has won four categories at the 2025 Northern Housing Awards.
The BME Association's Neighborhood Services team was also nominated for the Northern Housing Team of the Year, with MHA customer panel member Tausif Mohammed being the finalist of the year.
Keighley's Odette Points Scheme is finalised for the best affordable housing developments (up to £5 million).
“We're committed to providing a great opportunity to help you,” said Lee Bloomfield, CEO of MHA.
“We often talk about the 'MHA family.'
“Everyone involved in what we're doing — the larger areas of tenants, staff, executives, project partners, Bradford and Kayley, should feel real pride in this outcome.”
MHA Vice Chair Cym D'Souza added: “The Manningham Housing Association is a very special organization.
“Even with limited resources, we are always looking for ways and means to make it better.
“It's satisfying to know that this positive and ambitious approach has been recognized by the Northern Housing Award judge.”
