North Yorkshire Police has lodged an appeal following an arson attack involving three men and a car near Harrogate last month.
The incident happened at 1 a.m. on Nov. 3 on Spofforth Lane between Spofforth and North Dayton.
Police are appealing for information about the man in the photo, as they believe he may have information that could be useful in the investigation.
