The development, named Martree Business Park Wakefield, will be the Yorkshire developer's 23rd employment site in the north of England and is due to be completed by June 2025.
The site has nine business units ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft, suitable for warehouse, industrial or trade counter space.
Organizations currently based at Calder Park include National Highways, Taylor Wimpey Homes, West Yorkshire Police and Minster Law.
Newcastle-based STP Construction has been appointed as the main contractor for the construction of the new business park, with the Leeds offices of Savills and GV&Co as letting agents.
William Marshall, director of Martree Investments, said: “[Calder Park]is located right next to junction 39 of the M1 motorway and has excellent communications links.
“Demand for units at Martree Business Park Wakefield is high and we expect around 100 jobs to be created.”
Martree Investments completed a £4.5 million, 27,000 sq ft business park and Starbucks drive-through on Clifton Moor, York, earlier this year.
Marrtree Investments was founded in Bradford in the 1940s.
