Costa Coffee, located in a former signal box at York Station, was awarded one star out of five, meaning it “requires significant improvement”, after an inspection by York City Council inspectors on August 12.
The city council has refused to release details of the inspection as it could jeopardize any future action in the wake of the current investigation.
