Police officers from the force's five districts carried out a number of operations from November 25 to December 2.
County Lines is the name given to drug dealing in which organized crime groups use telephone lines to move and supply drugs.
As part of the crackdown, class A drugs worth more than £400,000 were seized, 51 people were arrested, including four under-18s, and £54,700 in cash was seized.
Officers also ensured that vulnerable victims are protected and young people are educated about the dangers of getting caught up in drugs.
Chief Inspector Lee Townley, of West Yorkshire Police, said: “We are committed to protecting our communities from the threats posed by county lines.
