The Drive-In Cinema in Cannon Mills, Great Horton, is the first in a series of epic series of outdoor films taking place in Bradford's Cultural City 2019. On April 17-19, specially programmed screenings will include classic and contemporary Hindi films held at the 2015 hit Bajrangi Baijaan, Bollywood Comeda Mar, Akbar, Anthony and family road trip film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. All Hindi films are subtitles in English.
The English film includes family favorites, Wild Robots and 90s action classic speed, starring Keene Reeves and Sandra Bullock. The drive-in experience includes a food stall and a DJ set before each movie. Each car will receive special speakers, allowing audiences to listen to the movies inside the car.
