The first 20 homes at Lovell Later Living's first over-55s development in Middle Deepdale, near Scarborough, have been completed.
Three of them are currently occupied, and a further 11 are in the process of being purchased.
Work on the 81-home development began in 2022 after Lovell acquired a 7.85-acre parcel of land from Kebbell Developments.
