Leeds-based Harron Homes Yorkshire has appointed Neil Reaney as managing director.
Mr. Reaney, 55, has worked in the homebuilding industry for more than 30 years in both public and private companies, with a diverse background ranging from customer service to technical services, land and operations.
His track record includes significantly increasing customer satisfaction levels across many companies.
Additionally, he has extensive knowledge of the northern market having worked in Yorkshire, the North East and the North West for many years.

Sheffield-based housebuilder Sky-House Co has welcomed a new face to its expanding team.
Bozena East, who joined us as Customer Experience Manager, has been working in the real estate industry for 10 years.
She has extensive experience across industries, having worked in home sales, rentals, affordable housing, and new construction.
She said: “I focus on the customer journey through the real estate buying experience.
“People say buying a home is stressful, but I strongly believe that it doesn't have to be that way. My goal is to make a difference along the way and positively impact my clients' moving experience. .

Sky-House Co is supporting the 21st century revival of Victorian and Georgian urban design principles and has already established sites in Waverley, Ootybridge, Stocksbridge and Rother Valley.
Work is also currently underway on the residential elements of two new projects in Waverley, Waverley Central and the Olive Lane development on the site.
