The BID said it was keen to support its levy-paying members by increasing footfall and spending during the holiday season.
Harrogate BID chief executive Matthew Chapman said: “Our town, known to many as 'the jewel in Yorkshire's crown', has so much to offer.”
“We are lucky to have an incredible variety of products and services from a variety of businesses in our town centre, and these businesses need your support.”
Harrogate BID claims to be funding all the Christmas lights in Harrogate.
New lighting elements for 2024 include projections on the Victoria Shopping Center and twinkling lights along Beulah Street and around the Cenotaph.
This year, the organization is also funding the Candy Cane Express and Christmas Shop Window Competition.
