HealthTech Company's Inhealthcare has announced the transition to the former Grand Hotel building of Harrogate as part of its ambitious growth plan.
Founded in 2012, InhealthCare is a provider of remote monitoring services for the NHS. The company has grown significantly since the Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of remote care technologies across the NHS.
Built as a grand hotel in 1904, the newly renovated Windsor House Building is the hub of a thriving business community of local, local and domestic businesses.
“We're committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Bryn Sage, CEO and co-founder of Inhealthcare. We are delighted to have conveniently found such a great office space at the heart of our hometown.
“As healthcare innovation continues to change patient care, Harrogate's fusion of connectivity, talent and quality of life is the perfect foundation for a growing team. We are the next in our story. I am proud to write chapters on buildings that have been in the heart of town for over a century.”
Inhealthcare offers over 4 million care episodes through more than 150 digital pathways and supports more than 50 NHS Trusts in the UK, all health trusts in Northern Ireland, and NHS National Services Scotland.
Now part of a relocated family, the company specializes in monitoring remote patients and supports people with conditions such as respiratory disease, heart failure, and hypertension.
The move has been hailed by York Mayor and North Yorkshire Mayor David Skys as a sign of the strength of the region's technological and innovation strengths. He states: “Companies like Inhealthcare are the driving force behind the UK-leading tech companies in York and Harrogate.
“Now is the time to be confident, ambitious and advocate for local businesses and organizations, so we can reach our full potential and more from overseas markets to York and North Yorkshire. You can drive investment.”
