Tom Haywood and his partner Laurissa Cook met at the former Rattle Owl Restaurant in Mikregate, York, where Laurissa was the restaurant manager and chef Tom Head.
They left to pursue their dreams and opened Pignuts in 2023, a restaurant reimagining a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Helmsley.
