Robert Joneka has been appointed director and leads the company's land agency business across the two regions, and continues to expand into Yorkshire.
Jauneika joined H&H in 2019 and has since provided a wide range of rural professional advisory and agency services from the company's Durham office.
He worked for H&H for six years and previously spent two years at National Trust.
He has helped the company develop the business as a director and charter surveyor, the company's geographical spread and client portfolio. He will continue to act on behalf of his ever-growing clients in agency work, including residential, commercial and renewable energy development sites.
Jauneika said: “We have seen the company grow and change over the past six years and are extremely excited to help it lead in every area of the business.
“It's an attractive time for a typical land agency and there's a constant new challenge that helps our clients meet.”
“We're committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Tim Sedgewick, Managing Director, H&H Land & Estates. “Robert has consistently surpassed our expectations, and his teamwork and leadership played a major role in the growth and development of the business during its expansion into Yorkshire.
“Robert will provide the level of commitment and expertise that clients need today as never before, and as a RICS evaluator for professional assessment, he will continue to support APC candidates across the business and provide essential guidance and guidance for professional development.”
