Commercial Interior Design and Build Company Design Tonic has moved to the historic Grade II list Rose Wharf Building, near the Aire River.
The company has approximately 2,450 square feet of space on the third floor of the building and is now being renovated.
Property Group Caddick rescued the former Flax Mill building in 1996 and worked with Design Tonic to turn the historic building into the heart of a best-in-class workspace.
Founded in 2019 by Amanda Cook and Jordarcy, Design Tonic said the transition to a larger facility would follow the victory of several clients, including Leeds United Football Club, Yorkshire County Cricket Club and Cuddick.
The interior designer has also been announced as the first official partner of Yorkshire County Cricket Club (YCCC) women's team, Yorkshire women's first official partner.
The announcement of the partnership comes as Yorkshire women head to Abu Dhabi ahead of their first season in professional women's cricket for a training tour to participate in the Women's T20 County Super Cup.
As the team's official partner, Design Tonic Branding will appear on the back of all Yorkshire women's performance shirts for the 2025 season, solidifying its support for the development of Yorkshire women's cricket.
Cook said: “It's a privilege to support Yorkshire women and become the team's first official kit sponsor when they start their first season. We are passionate about sports and our beloved hometown of Yorkshire, so we can love behind Yorkshire in this way.
“We are delighted to have been a club partner at YCCC for the past five years and look forward to building more into that relationship.
Tom Webster, Business Development Manager at Yorkshire CCC, said, “We are delighted that Design Tonic will expand its partnership with us. This year is extremely important to the development of women's cricket in Yorkshire, and the support of Design Tonic in this space will certainly contribute to its continued growth.”
