North East House Builder has published an update on affordable housing to become part of North Yorkshire's 135 home development.
Avant Homes North East said three affordable three-bedroom family homes starting at £180,000 are now available for use in the £28 million Brompton Mews development at Catterick Garrison.
Located on Cookson Way, four miles from Richmond Town Center, the development offers energy-efficient semi-detached and isolated 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom home combinations.
“We're committed to providing a great opportunity to help you,” said Andrew Finnigan, managing director of Avant Homes North East.
“This initiative is an excellent way to help buyers ensure quality homes at more accessible prices.
“Baildon is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles, making it an excellent option for individuals, couples and growing families.”
Affordable Homes are part of a Durham County Council-backed Discount Market Sales (DMS) scheme that offers eligible buyers a 20% discount on the market price.
Each of these three properties is a Baildon House type, with two mid-terrorous and one independent three-storey design.
The house has three double bedrooms, the main bedroom with the top floor, a large first floor living room, an open plan kitchen and dining area, with French doors leading to the rear garden.
The DMS scheme allows buyers to save money while owning 100% of their home.
To qualify, buyers must meet criteria related to local connections and income with eligibility as determined by the council.
