Music at the museum began at the Cliff Castle Museum earlier this year and includes concerts, performances, lectures and exhibitions on venue links to music.
As part of a series of monthly concerts, the Howarth Band will perform at the museum's Bracewell Smith Hall on Sunday, February 16th.
The well-established brass band performs in various locations in and around Howarth's village of Bronte.
The concert starts at 2pm and is free, but will be offered first due to limited space.
In March, the museum will host the Minister of Minstrel, an early York-based musical ensemble, and singer Lucienne Deville, supported by the band of the Troubadour (2pm, March 16th).
