
Leeds-based law firm Ysen Harrison gave the main name Property Law The Yorkshire and Humberside companies have been in record years in their real estate sector.
The praise follows a UK-wide analysis by TM Group, the largest provider of property search, which ranked Yson Harrison first in the region for a fully-finished transaction between September 2023 and 2024.
The company also recorded 2,583 transactions, with Yorkshire and Humberside in the new build property transactions, with an average of £317,747 and 20th nationwide for overall property completion, with an average completion value of £278,891.
This data has earned a strong year for the company's real estate team. The team played a key role in Ison Harrison's record revenue of over £27 million in 2024, with a 33% increase in turnover. This was an increase of 23% the previous year.
This growth comes just three years after the company became the UK's first law firm to become 100% employee ownership in 2022.

Ison Harrison currently boasts a strong real estate division of 119 and more than 350 staff in 20 Yorkshire offices. The company continues to expand its reputation as a legal heavyweight in the region, offering one of the region's broadest service portfolios. It also holds over 10 Law Society certifications, including Lexcel and the Transmission Quality Scheme.
