Jodha Freight, specializing in extraordinary load transport, transportation and warehousing services, said it is expanding after 2024 growth.
The company saw a 10% increase in revenue in 2024 compared to 2023.
The company plans to expand its vehicle fleet in 2025 by adding six new Volvo FH500 tractor units to the two HIAB vehicles it purchased in 2024.
These new vehicles will be added to the fleet in stages in March, with all six expected to be in operation by April.
Each vehicle will be equipped with driver comfort, such as refrigerators and microwaves, and additional driver AIDS in the form of Volvo's new mobile information system (MOIS).
Joda Freight added another 62,000 square meters of warehouse units, increasing its total warehouse capacity to 200,000 square feet.
The new warehouse, located on the edge of Kaylee, near Jordah headquarters, has been in operation since February 1st.
From this facility, Joda's contract logistics, long-term and short-term storage, and pick-and-pack services benefit from additional floor storage and rack capabilities.
In the first quarter of 2024, the space reach capacity was seen within two months of operation as it had previously acquired Bradford warehouse space.
The spokesman said: “These expansions are actively contributing to Joda's objectives in 2025 and continuing to expand our national client roster.
“In particular, logistics providers are looking to increase the market share of the engineering sector.”
“We've been working hard to get the most out of our business,” said Neil Tullett, co-owner of Joda Freight. “We are pleased to report on continued growth as we focus on expanding our hauling and warehouse functions as we follow a strong year in 2024.
“Since taking over the business in 2023, Joda has focused on expanding its fleet and operational capabilities and expanding its client roster, moving from strength to strength.”
Kieron Talbot-Sykes, co-owner of Joda, added: “We continue to build a broad awareness of how logistics companies operate, investing in staff, services, and especially to raise awareness of the professional services Joda offers to our customers.
“We're suited for another great fiscal year.”
Joda Freight has over 20 years of expertise in the logistics industry, providing logistics and warehousing services including palletized distribution, contract logistics and container decants.
The company is also the founder of the UK Pallet Truck Network.
