The Calderdale site has already been assigned to a local planning home, and the now Yorkshire-based developer is asking for community input on the master plan.
Following the public consultation, Keeland will submit a summary planning application to the council in the spring.

The drop-in event will take place on February 11th from 2-7pm at the Greetland Community and Sports Center on Rochdale Road.
