Dear Editor, April is Stress Awareness Month and I am writing to remind readers about your new St. John Ambulance mental awareness campaign, Hi Vis Stress Vest. The initiative aims to address key mental health issues in the construction industry, where seven in ten workers suspected of suffering from severe depression but found it too difficult to talk about, suspecting seven in ten workers. Furthermore, our research revealed that almost a third of the UK construction workforce is currently struggling, overwhelmed, or committed suicide.
