Leaded by presenters and real estate experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer, the pair heads all over the UK to help buyers find their dream home

For the next series, filmed in May, Channel 4 is currently looking for individuals, families and couples in Yorkshire. Yorkshire couples need the expertise of Kirsty and Phil to find their next home.

A Channel 4 spokesman said: “We are casting for a new series in our 25th Anniversary series. We are interested in contacting Yorkshire's chain free house hunters. The application is open and we want to spread it to the community to encourage house hunters to ask for the help they need.” Filming this June, we are looking for individuals, families and couples who need the expertise of Kirsty and Phil to buy the Yorkshire Dream Home.

Whether the applicant is a first-time buyer. I'm looking for my next dream home. Downsizing or relocating – whatever reason they are moving, we love to hear from them.
