This new appointment brings a wide range of industry experience and leadership expertise, reinforcing Europe's strategic vision to become the world's most successful food company.
Helen Watts joins Sofina as Chief People Officer after a prominent career with McCain Foods, spanning 18 years in multiple senior roles, building organizational capabilities to promote performance and developing employee value propositions to maintain the highest talent.
James Pilly serves as Chief Commercial Head of Sofina after 14 years in a senior commercial and operational role at ARLA, with extensive experience in providing category growth, farm-to-shelf sustainable supply chain solutions and developing long-term customer partnerships.
Stuart's flock will be participating as Chief Growth Officer. Stuart continues his 20-year, incredible career with McCain Foods in newly created roles, bringing rich experiences with clients and changing the growth of categories around the world. His track record in customer focus, category leadership and commercial excellence across retail, foodservice, QSR channels is fundamental to accelerating Sofina's growth agenda.
