There are currently 497 Morrisons branches in the UK, serving 11 million customers each week.
A Morrisons spokesperson said the company had carried out a review of its “people structure”.
They added: “We are therefore proposing to remove the role of regional people manager, people manager, case specialist, meaning colleagues in these roles are at risk of redundancy. Masu.

“The new structure will consist of a number of new central roles to directly support the supermarkets, along with central HR support and additional employee relations roles.”
Staff from the “At Risk” group will participate in a 45-day consultation process.
The move follows a new one in which Sainsbury's is cutting more than 3,000 jobs, closing its in-store cafes and removing pizza and hot food counters from its stores.
The job losses, which will affect around 2% of its 148,000 staff, will involve cutting 20% of its senior management workforce over the coming months as part of a shake-up at its head office.
The move comes on the heels of planned employer contributions to National Insurance, announced in October's Budget.
Sainsbury's said at the time that the budget changes meant it would add £140m to costs, with chief executive Simon Roberts warning of “tough choices” as a result.
Last November, ASDA also revealed job vacancies.
After the announcement, a Downing Street spokesman said the Budget's “difficult decisions” would help pave the way for economic growth.
