Masjid Al Furqan, Bradford Road, Shipley, will be providing food to those in need on Wednesday 25th December from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.
We are providing hot meals to those in need in and around the Shipley area.
Thereafter, it will be carried out weekly, a masjid spokesperson confirmed.
The Markaz Al Furqan & Education Center is located in a former Methodist church.
We specialize in Quranic studies, Islamic studies, Arabic, and other community and youth projects.
The new canteen was advertised on the masjid's Facebook page with a quote from the Prophet Muhammad: “The best among you is the one who gives food to others.”
