William Parsons, 60, of Abbey Street, Clifton, did not respond to a court summons. He was convicted of no speeding at 58 mph on a Manchester M62, fined £220, ordered to pay £120 prosecutor's fees and was given three penalty points by the Manchester Magistrate.
Jason Turner, 37, of Malton Road, West Napton near Malton, was banned from driving for three years and six months at Hull Magistrates Court and fined £1,000 for a statutory search charge of £400 and a £85 prosecutor's fee after pleading guilty to driving twice at Hull Parking Drinks Run Limit.
Rachel Hayton, 39, of Ryedale View, Kirkbymoorside, pleaded guilty to causing actual physical harm to another woman, was given a 12-month community order with an order to wear an alcohol-free liquor tag for 80 days and carry out 30 days of rehabilitation activities. The Scarborough magistrate ordered the woman to pay £200 compensation, ordering a statutory surcharge of £114 and a prosecutor's fee of £85.
