Rachel Hayton, 39, of Ryedale View, Kirkbymoorside, pleaded guilty to causing actual physical harm to another woman, was given a 12-month community order with an order to wear an alcohol-free liquor tag for 80 days and carry out 30 days of rehabilitation activities. The Scarborough magistrate ordered the woman to pay £200 compensation, ordering a statutory surcharge of £114 and a prosecutor's fee of £85.
