Police are suing for information about a robbery that took place on Newquay Road, Whitby.
A police spokesman said: “It happened around 2:10pm on Tuesday, April 1st, involving a suspect observing the victim enters an ATM on his PIN.
“The suspect then ousted the victim out of the ATM, retracted the money and left in the direction of the station.
“The victim was a man from the '70s and it remained shaky, but thankfully the injuries didn't last.
“We are looking for information about the suspect wearing a white man, six feet tall, stubborn build, short hair and a clean shaved hair with Geordy accents and a dark jacket and dark pants.
