Pension providers sign up for spaces in a 24-acre multi-use district

Vastint UK, behind Leeds' new 24-acre multi-use district, says the workplace pension provider TPT retirement solution will move to Aire Park's commercial building, 3 South Brook Street.

TPT has acquired 23,261 square feet on the building's fifth floor. This includes meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and over 250 powerful team workspaces.

Pension specialists will move from the current Canal w Head office and will move to three South Brook Streets as one of the building's first occupying people as they will appear to increase their presence in the city.

This is the second permit at Aire Park, when TPT joins law firm Devonshire in the city's latest Grade A office space.

Aire Park's new commercial district, South Brook Street, will have about three-quarters of office space, about three-quarters of its new office space in Leeds South Bank.

The first two buildings on South Brook Street create space for more than 2,000 workers and offer 190,000 square feet of commercial space, including the largest floor plate available in Leeds.

“Our ambition has been to create a thriving business hub on South Brook Street, supporting this one wide, mixed-use offer in a generational transformation project.

“Once completed, Aire Park will have over 800,000 square feet of Grade A office, creating space for over 10,000 workers.

“We've got TPT from the start of this exciting new commercial district within Leeds South Bank and look forward to the future together.”

Overall Aire Park Development will span 24 acres on the city's south shore, offering eight acres of parks, over 1 million square feet of commercial space and 1,400 homes.
