Miller Homes is a joint venture with Vistry Group to acquire land on Blackmoorfoot Road in Huddersfield.
Together, more than 700 homes will be built, including 231 Miller Homes homes, under the development name Hawksley Park.

Miller Homes also donates to Section 106 including £397,000 for sustainable transport, £15,000 for travel plans, £47,000 for bus stops, £552,000 for highways, £552,000 for local education, and £1,312,000 for £1,312,000 through the donation of over £2 million to local communities.
Additionally, the development will build nursing homes and convenience stores for the local community.
Located on previous industrial sites, the development will see approximately a quarter of the combined development specialized for newly created green spaces with outdoor playgrounds, parks and green corridors.

The entire site home ranges from one bedroom to five bedroom facilities. Hawksley Park is expected to arrive at the end of 2025.
