County police say the request is being asked in connection with Leeds' breach of the order.
A Force spokesman said:
“If you see him or have information about his current location, call North Yorkshire Police at 101. If there is an immediate sighting, call 999.
“Alternatively, you can call 0800 555 111 or pass the information anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers via the website.”
