Eccleshill United travel to the Young Guns Arena to take on Tadcaster Albion in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.
Supporters will have a unique opportunity to see the trophy up close and have their photo taken with it before and after the match.
The trophy pedestal will be set up by the Premier League team at 12:00am (noon) and Tadcaster juniors and club officials will be able to have their photo taken with it.
There will be various photo opportunities throughout the afternoon before and after the match for all supporters in attendance.
Since 2000, the Premier League Stadium Fund has provided more than £206 million to more than 1,000 non-league and women's clubs.
