Well, now, certainly the council can be clean about the rest conditions with NEC. Bradford's fee payer is not worth less.
In fact, it is very unsettling to refusing to leak the level of secrets within the council on such matters, the costs associated with Darley Street Market, and the names of council members who are currently not paying council tax on time (T&A, March 13).
The way our council is run is frankly light empty.
