Since its establishment 12 months ago, Carter Towler's York office has advised on the generation of approximately £7.2 million in freehold sales and approximately £1.3 million in annual rental income.
During its debut year, the real estate consultant's office played a tool role in several major commercial real estate transactions.

Notable transactions concluded in the first three months of 2025 include advice on renting on behalf of Wizu Workspace, an extracurricular provider of Skeldergate's East Coast House, in collaboration with Polestar Asset Management.
The 21,000-square-foot Riverside Property has been leased for 15 years and earns a major refit to provide premium service office space. The deal represents the largest office in the city centre of York, the largest in recent years.
Carter Towler also advised on re-signing 2 Birch Park.
After more than 20 years of occupation through the medical distribution business, the owner of 2Birch Park has undertaken a major overhaul and upgrade of the detached industrial building to provide the flagship facility for electronic manufacturing business DJ Assembly Ltd.
The DJ Assembly has obtained a new 10-year lease. The owner's work program included heading towards the entrance for new customers and fully upgrading all internal auxiliary office spaces.

DJ Assembly invested further in the interior structure of the building to create a new facility.
Office York Office has 2,398 square feet of lease to Brightsparks Agency, which has accelerated sales at £395,000 at Victoria Vaults Public House in Nunnery Lane, York, and 2,398 square feet of lease to Brightsparks Agency, which signed a five-year lease.
Additionally, Carter Towler advised High Baune Ltd on the disposal of Tribune House at Centurion Park, a 4,520-square-foot office building that was leased to York NHS Teaching Hospital until 2030.
At Vangarde Shopping Park, the York office advised Associated British Foods Pension Trustees Ltd on leasing 3,500 square feet units of 3,500 square feet units that have signed a 10-year lease.
