The Paragon Bank Development Finance Division reported that it lent nearly 30 million pounds to Yorkshire and hamburger developers and house builders last year.
Until September 30, 2024, including the York, Leeds, Hello Gate, and Ilkly schemes, nine projects have been supported throughout the area.
The supported schemes are £ 5.4 million for Halifax's 14 house development. 3.3 million pounds for Huby 13 house development. 2.5 million pounds for Ilkley's new build apartment scheme.
As a whole, Paragon Development Finance, which specializes in providing finances to small and medium -sized housing builders and real estate developers, recorded a new loan of £ 511.9 million throughout the UK during the period.
Paragons say they aim to grow their presence in the Yorkshire and the hamburger area. Karl Kent joined the bank from Shawbrook last year to led the growth of the area.
Kent, a northern Paragon Development Finance Director, states: “We promise to support more developers in Yorkshire and the entire hambers.
“Last year, we were able to support a variety of developments, from small high -end single digit housing schemes to large -scale projects.
“This area is attractive for many reasons and supports the demand for housing. We provide vibrant cities and beautiful rural areas and villages, and provide people's choices.
“We are looking forward to cooperating with more developers in this region in 2025, and promises to become a partner for the selected development funds.”
