Bellway Homes, McCarthy Stone and Taylor Wimpy expand long-term partnership with Gatley's housing development team
Gateley Legal reaffirmed his longstanding relationship with three of the UK's most well-known housing developers, Bellaway Homes, McCarthy Stone and Taylor Wimpey, securing a hat-trick for reappointing the legal panel.
The appointment follows decades of collaboration. Gateley has been advising Taylor Wimpey for over 30 years and recently marked a 20-year partnership with Bellaway Homes. With these new appointments, Gateley continues to support developers in both regions through a streamlined legal panel, providing full expertise including property, construction, dispute, commercial, regulatory and compliance issues.
Gateley has also been reappointed to the legal panel of McCarthy Stone, a leading retired living developer in the UK, following five years of successful collaboration. The new relationship spans all areas of McCarthy Stone and includes legal advice through land acquisition, planning, plot sales, construction, litigation and fire safety.
