LCF Law has appointed experienced lawyer Rosie Beverley as an associate to strengthen its Harrogate-based real estate team.
With 16 years of experience in Real Estate Act, Beverly brings a wealth of knowledge across the public and private sectors, spanning real estate acquisitions, disposals and refinances. Her past works include advisers of pharmaceutical courier companies and representing major housing associations.
Beverly said: In recent years, I have advised and discarded clients who will take and destroy a multi-million pound real estate portfolio consisting of freehold and leasehold property, development sites, and acting on behalf of the fiduciary in bankruptcy cases. ”
She said, “I was excited to join LCF Law. Our team of professional real estate solicitors is well known and respected, working with vast commercial and residential real estate clients.”
LCF Law's real estate division operates in offices in Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate and Ilkley, and is led by partner Harriet Thornton. Welcoming Beverly to the team, Thornton said, “Rosie is the ideal candidate for us, friendly and responsive, she ensures that every transaction is managed seamlessly from start to finish.”
Thornton said: “We regularly represent international charities, wealthy individuals and pension funds, and advise landlords and owner occupyers on leasehold infringement. It's great to welcome Rosie to our team as we continue to expand our client services.”
LCF Law advises on a wide range of asset-related issues, including commercial leases, development projects, rental control, environmental and planning issues, real estate finance and remote gauges.
