Rebecca Housam joined Savills Leeds as an alumnus in 2012 and heads to the Leeds-based planning team.
House Working with Manchester Planning Team Jonathan Ainley, he will lead the wider Savills Planning North team, consisting of Leeds and Manchester.
She will replace Adam Key, who has led the Leeds Planning Team for the past 12 years and continues the management committee.
Similar to her role in Savilles, Haum sits in the York & North Yorkshire Property Forum Steering Group and the Leeds Property Forum Steering Group.
One notable project led by Rebecca is RAF Linton, North Yorkshire, after Savills was appointed as Strategic Property Advisor as Strategic Property Advisor to help deliver projects within its defense real estate optimization portfolio. -On-Use strategy and planning. End of 2024.
