Leeds Under-21s were due to play Charlton Athletic Under-21s tonight at the LNER Community Stadium, but the decision has been taken to cancel the match.
This is due to Storm Baat, which is expected to hit York on Saturday 23rd November and Sunday 24th November, as previously reported in the press.
York are due to take on Yeovil Town in the National League at the LNER Community Stadium on Saturday, but poor weather conditions will affect City throughout the week.
However, the club confirmed to reporters that precautionary measures are in place at this time and there are no plans for pitch inspections.
City could regain top spot in the National League from Forest Green Rovers if York win and Steve Cotterill's side lose to Southend United.
