The business has become a solid favorite in Market Town since the STR8 jacket opened on High Street in Knaresborough in December.
People flock to a range of their toppings, including coleslaw, cheese, chili, beans, tuna, and coronation chicken. But the bestsellers are warm pulled pork and honey, with honey chili chicken in nearly two seconds.
Owner Emma Wilson came up with business ideas in Ibiza seven years ago.

“This took longer than expected due to other illnesses and COVID blows.”
Emma eventually found the perfect store, and she has always loved the “strange town of Naresboro.”
She continued: “I and my business partners went ahead as this little store became available.
“The shop has been a hairdresser for 40 years and required a lot of work to bring the latest. After waiting for nine months of future, we completely renovated the store to become a STR8 jacket. .”
Emma explains why she believes her business is doing so well.
She said:
“Our potatoes are sourced locally without the pesticides used in an array of bright, tasty hot fillings and cold fillings.
“We are open daily from the 11th to 4.30 for food and hygiene, except on Sundays when we close, unless there is an event in town.”
