The club has launched a fundraiser to promote the club to climb the division.
With over 130 years of history, Tadcaster has pleaded for help in “taking the club to the next level.”
The changes will help ensure the club's future, strengthen community projects and improve the facilities of the young gun arena.
Fundraising also helps to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged young people in the Tadocaster community.
In a club's statement, the club explained the reasons for crowdfunding.
Their initial goal is to broaden their impact on the community, with the first 25% of the funds raised going to the Taddy Community Foundation, which supports underprivileged youth and adults through football and outreach programs.
The funding will also help launch Tadcaster Albion's first women's team and Junior Academy.
More work has also been done at local charities, with the aim of providing football clubs with a life-changing experience for their communities.
The next topic was to upgrade to a clubhouse and provide new ways to generate income. 25% of the funds were set to direct the modernization of the clubhouse.
Tadcaster hopes it will become a community hub and earn money by renting it as an event space.
Crowdfunding fees are also charged to avoiding future floods. This is an issue that football clubs have struggled with.
The third topic is directed towards live streaming and digital expansion, with the next 25% of funding being directed towards improving the club's live streaming capabilities.
This allows supporters to follow matches from around the world, and the football club has a Norway-based group of supporters.
Tadcaster also confirmed that their first livestream match will take place on Saturday, April 5th when they take over Beverly Town.
The final topic was simply labelled “Dare to Dream,” with the final 25% of the funding set in place to strengthen the first team.
The brewers were looking to win promotions from the Northern County Eastern League Premier Division in the future, and followed for the progress, using the rise of Harrogate Town as a roadmap.
Tadcaster has announced various rewards for supporters starting with the Taddy 1892 membership, priced at £200 a year. This membership allows supporters to have a say in the management of the club, receive exclusive club products and access live streaming of home matches.
They also promoted matchball sponsors at a price of £100, including VIP Hospitality, meeting players and staff, and official match ball sponsors for home matches.
Next is the 449 pound Silver Club membership. This includes all of the same benefits as the 1892 membership, but also includes the Young Guns Arena Advertising Committee for the 2025/26 season.
Finally, there is a Gold Club membership priced at £799. This has all the same benefits as Silver Club membership, but also has over 13,000 contacts and match sponsorship access, with up to eight people hospitality.
The club commented: “Thank you for your support. Together, we can achieve something special.”
