Dylan Norman, 28, of Wayfield Drive, Newby, Scarborough, was jailed for six months after admitting to carrying a rock knife in a low Petargate in York. The knife was confiscated and he was ordered to pay £85 prosecutor's fees.
Anthony Vipus, 42, of Thornfield Avenue, Heworth, pleaded guilty to cocaine driving. He was banned from driving for 44 months and was given an 18-month community order for nine months of drug rehabilitation and 100 hours of unpaid work. He must pay a statutory surcharge of £114.
Carl Bray, 51, without a fixed address, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman at a Tesco Express store in York and stealing £8 worth of wine. He received a 12-month community order for 15 days of rehabilitation activities and was fined £30.
Martin Bell, 42, of Lowtwo Tree Avenue in Clifton, York, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police paramedic at York Hospital. He was jailed for three months and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
Victoria Amerigo, 34, of Hartlepool, pleaded guilty to assaulting theft of wine from a cooperative store in Stonebow, York. She was jailed for two weeks and ordered to pay the PCSO who assaulted £100 compensation.
