Eleventh Avenue's 30 -year -old Jason Taylor in LiverseDge's HighTown has broken a video indicating that he would hit a large Mercedes sprinter on a vehicle driven by CARYL RHEAD.
RHEAD and her brother, Donald RHEAD, asked the Walespool Security Court in Wales' Powys in July 2022 that he had suffered from a crash drop between Dolfor and Llanbadarn Fynydd.
Taylor was guilty of two crimes that caused a serious driving injury, and the security judge told him that he would send his lawsuit to a criminal court.
Walespool Security Court said on Tuesday, January 21, he began to drift behind the wheels due to the extreme fatigue caused by Taylor, who could not remember the accident. I was told I believed.
The collision occurred in A483 at a notorious accident black spot around 6:30 am on July 27, 2022.
“Charille Lehead is driving, with the injured party, and his brother, Donald,” said Helen Tench.
“Donald Lehead is transported to a stalk hospital via ambulance, and his injuries are pelvic fractures, fractures, fractures, broken clavicle, and four broken vertebrae. He had been broken for many weeks.
“Caryl RHEAD says you are constantly painful after the accident. She suffered from multiple fractures on the Rib bone. 5 on one side and six on the other side.
“She broke two of the vertebrae, and her chest damage and ankle broke.”
Mrs. TENCH said that the case was captured by a dash cam video of another car that moved behind the defendant.
After Taylor completely drifted from the left hand road to the right lane, he showed that his head was collided with other vehicles.
She said that a journey at the same time had helped to manage first aid.
Rob Hanlatti, who is acting for Taylor, states:
“He was exposed to extreme pressure from the employer at the time. He began to drift due to extreme fatigue on his journey, and he hardly remember the incident.
“He was intentionally trying to drive the wrong side of the road.
“He accepts dangerous driving, inevitably sent to the crown coat for prison.”
Hanratty added:
“His life has changed dramatically, and there are now pregnant partners.”
The security judge sends the case to the high court, and the Taylor will appear in the Kimon Crown Court on February 13.
Until then, Taylor will be given a provisional disqualification.
