Two speculative warehouse units developed by Baytree Logistics Properties LTD have been substantially completed.
The total area of this plan is 552,000 square feet and is located in Starton, southern Leeds, three miles southeast from the city center.
The construction of Unit 1 and 3, which consists of 76,231 square feet and 145,454 square feet, respectively, has been completed.
Unit 2 is available on a build -to -suit base, and you can get a detailed plan for a 329,000 square warehouse for a single warehouse.
