At 2:20am yesterday, residents of the Sykeshead home in Oakworth blocked a man entering the facility via an unlocked door.
The suspect was wearing gloves and a balaclava.
The second man was seen waiting for his driveway.
Both suspects left on foot in the direction of the Kayley Town Center.
A West Yorkshire police spokesman said, “Always lock your doors and windows, even if you're in your home, to help keep robbers out.”
