David Thomas North, 36, was issued with an arrest warrant by Harrogate Magistrates' Court on November 21 after failing to attend a hearing.
North Yorkshire Police said the hearing related to allegations of criminal damage and assault.
They added: “A number of arrest searches were carried out at all addresses associated with North, both in the Harrogate and Knaresborough areas.
“Since the investigation has already been completed, we believe he is aware that he is wanted and has not yet surrendered.”
Anyone with information that could help forces locate North is asked to call 101.
