In the early hours of Wednesday (January 22) officers from North Yorkshire Police's CID and neighborhood policing teams arrived at two addresses in Eastfield and one in Scarborough.
Based on the information received, three properties were searched. Three men, all in their 20s, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs. They remain in custody at this time.
DC Alfie Tomlinson, of Scarborough CID, said: “Our neighborhood policing teams are at the heart of our communities and witness first-hand the devastation caused by illegal drugs.
“That's why we work tirelessly to target dealers and protect the vulnerable. If you suspect drug dealing in your neighborhood, please call us and we will take action – this It may not happen right away, but any information can help build a case to bring the perpetrators to justice.”
